Men’s Mental Health

On International Men’s Day, PHWC’s Psychological Counsellor Ashik Mahmud hosted a workshop on Men’s Mental Wellbeing for Reckitt Benckiser’s team. The interactive discussion served as an inspiration to advocate for men’s mental health and recognize their contributions, strength, and resilience.

Navigating Trauma with Group Therapy

Our Clinical Psychologist Nafisa Sultana facilitated a group therapy on Critical Incident Management(Trauma Counselling). Critical Incident Management is a crucial part of mental wellbeing, and at PHWC we value the need for this service as our utmost priority.
