Wellness in Action

SAJIDA Foundation’s Mental Health initiatives — Psychological Health and Wellness Care Ltd., Inner Circle Private Ltd., Neuroscience & Psychiatry Hub Ltd. and the SAJIDA Mental Health Programme — came together for a ‘Mental Health Day Out’. The day was filled with interative learning, strategic discussions, collaborative exercises, and team building activities. Through leadership-led discussions and interactive sessions, we reinforced our commitment to well-being, high-performance teamwork, and SAJIDA values.
Investing in wellness strengthens our ability to create lasting impact.
